Delivery information and returns
Ways of delivery:
For the region of Sofia (by prior arrangement) you can receive the goods by personal delivery and pay in cash, up to several hours after the order.
With "cash on delivery" - payment at Econt office or by courier upon delivery to the exact address (possible payment in cash or by card).
With bank transfer - The amount should be transferred to the company bank account of SkrobanSky LTD. As a reason for payment you should write down the number of your order. Please contact us before making a bank transfer to confirm the availability of the selected product!

The price of delivery varies depending on the location, as well as the prices offered by the courier company Econt.
The delivery is made to the exact address specified by the buyer (regardless of whether it is home or working address), or to the office of the courier company "Econt" AD in the city.
Delivery is made by courier from Econt after confirmation of the order by our consultant by email or phone. For some settlements - the delivery is in accordance with the service schedule of the courier company Econt.
We deliver abroad. The price of the service is according to the tariff of the courier company Econt or Bulgarian Post. Contact us at email@example.com to discuss the details.
Return of purchased products:
If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you can return or replace it within 14 days. Send the product with the courier company Econt, by contacting us in advance by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (+359885078735) to clarify the details of the return.
The items must be in good commercial condition - not used, dirty, scratched, etc., with original packaging and label.
Replacement can be made for the same item, or for other items on the website. If you wish a refund, this can be done in the form of a voucher or a bank transfer to account provided by you.
The technological time for processing returned items to Big Earl Bikes is 3-4 working days. When the shipment arrives with us and the products are inspected, we will contact you immediately!
The courier costs for return and exchange of goods are at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the return is by fault of Big Earl Bikes.
