NOTES: 

RAMPAGE FC REAR: Remove non-drive locknut and replace with 2.5mm thick axle washer and place hubguard on top of that.

RAMPAGE CASSETTE REAR: Remove non-drive locknut and replace 5mm spacer between cone nut and locknut with guard, replace and tighten lock nut.
